Green-Car-Guide.com, launched in September 2006, is the UK's original green car news site.

The site was originally conceived in response to a complete lack of information in one place on the web about the latest green cars available in the UK.

Green-Car-Guide.com aims to provide information to consumers about the latest green cars in a quality, informed and engaging way.

The site focuses on cars that are best in class in terms of emissions, fuel economy and efficiency, but that are also great to drive.

Our Green Car Guide is updated monthly and contains the lowest emission cars in ten different categories – split into diesel, petrol, and other technologies such as hybrid and electric.

The latest green car news is updated daily. We test class-leading green cars and our reviews seek to examine how good a car is to drive, but we always maintain our focus on economy and emissions.

We also produce our own unique features and report on green car-related events.

All of our latest content appears on our home page; and you can go to the navigation menus and use the search box to access over five years of archived content.

The team behind Green-Car-Guide.com has a unique combination of knowledge about green cars and wider environmental issues. The site’s founder, Paul Clarke, is regularly asked to speak at events on the subject of green cars, and to contribute to other publications and websites.

Green-Car-Guide.com is a project of www.ProEnvironment.co.uk, one of the UK’s leading consultancies specialising in environmental, sustainability and low carbon communication.

We’ve been working in the area of environmental communication for over 20 years, in other words well before it became fashionable. During that time we’ve built up many valuable client relationships, and we’re always open to exploring opportunities with new partners.
