Green Motion Vehicle Rental

Stand 28
In 2005, Richard Lowden, founder of Green Motion Vehicle Rental, identified the fact that no vehicle rental companies catered for the ever-increasing demand for eco-friendly and fuel-efficient vehicles for hire. Since then, the team has worked tirelessly to bring Green Motion to life and, in doing so, has created a world first in vehicle rental – a hire company that allows customers to play a part in reducing the effects of climate change by hiring vehicles that boast the latest in CO2 technologies and class leading fuel consumption.
Green Motion’s primary objective is to provide a choice of vehicles across the fleet range enabling customers to hire without compromise. In order to achieve this Green Motion has negotiated vehicle supply from many of the world’s leading motor manufacturers including Volkswagen, Citroen, Honda, Toyota, BMW and Lexus.
Green Motion was the first rental company in the United Kingdom to see the arrival of Volkswagen’s new Polo and Golf BlueMotion. The BlueMotion range leads the way in delivering the lowest CO2 emissions of any traditionally fuelled vehicles. Further versions carrying the BlueMotion badge will be joining Green Motion’s fleet in 2008.
