    Hyundai’s compact SUV concept will be revealed at the Geneva motor show. The ix-onic will be the first Hyundai to feature the new 1.6-litre GDi turbo four-cylinder petrol engine which emits just 149 g/km of CO2.

    Citroen DS Concept

    Citroën is bringing back the classic DS name with a Mini Cooper rival. Making its public debut at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show, the car is part of a proposed DS – apparently standing for Different Spirit - affordable premium model range.
    Mitsubishi will premiere the i MiEV SPORT ‘AIR’ at the forthcoming 2009 Geneva Motor Show.

    Toyota FT-EV concept

    Toyota is displaying the Toyota FT-EV concept at the Detroit Motor Show, confirming its plan to launch an urban commuter battery-electric vehicle (BEV) by 2012. The FT-EV concept shares its platform with the new iQ urban commuter vehicle.
